Cruise Description

Built in 2011, Heritage Line’s flagship is a real boutique style FIT river cruise liner with upgrading from The Jayavarman. It has distinctive British Indian colonial theme design (a Heritage Line collection).

The Jahan is certainly more than a cruise ship. It is embodiment of a hopelessly romantic tale. The Jahan was created as a paean to Shah Jahan – veritable builder, passionate lover and indefatigable artist. The Emperor’s love for the finer things in life had brought the Jahan to life.

Cabin Types

The guest accommodation consists of 26 balcony cabins in 4 categories.

• Superior: Total 12 cabins, 30 sqm, Queen or Twin sized bed. Each spacious room has a separate lounge corner encased by floor-to-ceiling windows. An orange-red decor accentuates the crème-coloured walls, and the white wood furniture goes perfectly with the room’s luminous atmosphere. 
• Deluxe: Total 8 cabins, 30 sqm, Queen or Twin sized bed. Designed in warm orange hues with hand-painted ornaments emphasising the Indian theme. Natural wood furnishings are complemented with a four poster bed.
• Signature Suite: Total 4 cabins, 36 sqm on main deck, 32 sqm on upper deck. All characterise a dignified atmosphere with crème-white walls and hand-made indigo-blue Indian ornaments. The wooden four-poster bed is a striking feature, along with a solid wooden treasure chest at the foot of the bed, evoking seafaring sense from the days of yore.
• Noble Suite: Total 2 cabins, 51 sqm, King sized bed. With its distinct Indian theme flourishes with its furniture sourced from India. The Lord Byron Suite embodies a classy British-Colonial theme of eternal elegance
