Korea
  • A valid passport

Japan

Thailand
  1. Valid Passport (minimum 6 months)
  2. Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC): You must complete a Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) online within three (3) days prior to arriving in Thailand. TDAC is mandatory starting May 01, 2025

Complete Thailand Digital Arrival Card online

  1. Open browser → go to tdac.immigration.go.th

  2. Tap Register / Start Application.

  3. Fill in Personal Information:

    • Full name

    • Nationality

    • Phone number

    • Email

    • Passport number

  4. Tap Next.

  5. Fill in Trip Information:

    • Flight number

    • Purpose of travel

    • Hotel or residential address in Thailand

  6. Tap Submit.

  7. Check your email → open the acknowledgment confirmation.

  8. Screenshot or save the confirmation.

  9. Upon arrival in Thailand → show the email + passport to the immigration officer.

Taiwan

A valid passport 

Instructions for Submitting Online Arrival Card
  1. Go to link: https://twac.immigration.gov.tw/
  2. Please submit your Online Arrival Card before arriving in Taiwan.
  3. Please fill out the Arrival Card accurately and truthfully. If there are any errors or omissions in the information provided, please fill out the Arrival Card again and submit it.
  4. The “English name” field in the Arrival Card only accepts English letters and spaces. Please do not input any other symbols.
  5. If you choose to fill out the Arrival Card in Chinese, only Traditional Chinese is accepted.
  6. Once the Arrival Card is completed and submitted, you will receive a confirmation e-mail (please ensure the e-mail address you provide is correct and valid). Additionally, immigration officers may request you to present the confirmation e-mail for further verification if needed.
Singapore

Upon arrival at immigration,  you are required to show the following document. 

  1. A valid passport
  2. e-Pass. Foreign visitors will enjoy the convenience of retrieving their e-Pass information via ICA’s e-Pass Enquiry Portal on the SG Arrival Card e-Service. They are required to input the Disembarkation /Embarkation (DE) number issued during their SG Arrival Card submission to access the information.

 

INDONESIA
  1. Valid Passport

    IDR 500,000 (approx. USD35.00 per person) valid for stays up to 30 days
  3. Tourist Levy QR code $11
  4. Arrival Card: Please submit the required form at least three days prior to your scheduled arrival. Access the system through the official web portal allindonesia.imigrasi.go.id or via the mobile application available on Android and iOS platforms. The QR Code is generated immediately upon registration and subsequently sent to the traveler’s email. Travelers are advised to save the QR Code and present it upon arrival, either as a screenshot or a downloaded file. This form is free of charge.
LAOS

Valid Passport (minimum 6 months)

Visa on arrival: require two passport photos, USD40.00 per person, valid for stays up to 30 days

LDIF (Lao Digital Immigration form) for Arrival: 

  • Complete the online arrival registration within 3 days before arrival
  • Receive a QR code, which can either be printed or kept on your phone
  • Present the QR code at immigration

LDIF (Lao Digital Immigration form) for Departure: 

  • Complete the online departure registration within 3 days before departure
  • Receive a QR code, which can either be printed or kept on your phone
  • Present the QR code at immigration.      

ANOTHER OPTION: apply e-Visa online

Required:

  1. Passport valid for at least 6 months past your return date.
  2. One passport photo (4x6cm)
  3. USD $50.00 processing e-visa fee per person

2. SGN Online Pre-arrival Declaration: A new entry procedures at Tan Son Nhat International Airport (SGN) effective April 15, 2026. All foreign passengers entering via SGN must complete an online pre-arrival declaration to generate a QR code. This code must be presented at the airport to expedite entry and replace traditional paper forms.

Key instructions:

  1. Online Declaration: Complete the electronic form within three (3) days prior to your arrival at https://prearrival.immigration.gov.vn/
  2. QR Code Generation: Save or print the QR code received after submission.
  3. Arrival at SGN: Present your passport and the pre-arrival QR code at the immigration checkpoint.

Please complete this step before reaching the immigration officer to avoid delays. Note that this arrival declaration currently applies only to Tan Son Nhat International Airport.

CAMBODIA
