  • Garaku No Asa: We proudly serve a traditional Japanese breakfast made with carefully selected ingredients from across Toyama. The rice is premium Koshihikari grown in Toyama Prefecture. It is freshly cooked in a clay pot to bring out its natural aroma and rich flavor. We use fresh fish from Shinminato Fishing Port, and each side dish-from ohitashi to simmered vegetables-is thoughtfully handmade by our chefs.
