As the global vaccine drive begins and the world starts to look to life beyond covid-19, you may be thinking of booking a long-awaited trip abroad but are still concerned regarding payment and cancellation terms in a post-covid world.

To help out, Pandaw is offering all guests for the 2022/23 season our updated covid-19 payment and cancellation terms:

All bookings for the 2022/23 season with paid 20% deposit can amend the date or destination of their booking free of charge before 61 days to departure in the event of any Covid-19 restrictions at home, or the destination country.

If, within 61 days of your departure date and your full balance has been paid, you encounter travel restrictions due to covid-19 which mean you are unable to join us for the expedition, we will provide a cash refund of any money paid above the 20% deposit amount for your booking. A credit voucher will then be provided, equal to the deposit amount, which can be used for a new booking with Pandaw.

We hope that the added flexibility and guarantees reassure you and remove any concern about payments at this time. With cabins already selling very quickly, we are expecting limited availability during peak seasons so book early to avoid disappointment.

• This offer is available on departure dates through May 2023 only
• This offer supersedes any previous flexible booking offers
• Standard cancellation terms apply in instances not outlined in the above terms
• Deposit amounts are non-refundable and voucher credits cannot be exchanged for cash
• Pandaw reserves the right to amend this offer at any time and without warning and the provision of the terms is at our discretion
• Cancellation fees from external providers including, but not limited to, flights and hotels may be applicable for cancellations within 61 days of departure

$100 Deposit Offer Extended

We are happy to announce the extension of our popular $100 deposit scheme for all new bookings sailing through 2022/23. Given the current covid-19 battle, we appreciate there will be some concern regarding making payments at this time. As such, the extension of our offer means travelers will be able to secure their cabins with only $100 per person deposit until the situation settles later in the year. We have initially set this date for 30th April 2022 and the remaining 20% deposit amount will be required at this time.
