In order to maintain a peaceful and healthy atmosphere for guests, please kindly note the following:

  • Mobile phones, cameras and other electronic devices are not allowed in public areas
  • Taking photos of other guests and staff without permission is prohibited
  • We regret that children under 16 years of age are not permitted in the Retreat
  • Food and drink from outside are prohibited at RAKxa
  • Smoking is strictly permitted in designated areas only
  • Pets are strictly prohibited in RAKxa
  • Only paid guests are allowed in the Retreat. Outside guests are not permitted
  • We do not accept walk-in guest or site inspection guest for safety and privacy policy
  • Guests are expected to behave in a manner not disruptive to the peace of the Retreat and of the stay of other guests. The RAKxa management reserves the right to ask guest/s not adhering to this rule to leave the premises immediately
  • Guests are requested to use the Retreat equipment and facilities with proper care.Any damage caused due to the fault or negligence of the guest/s shall be charged to their account
