  • Ambassador Suite: 90sqm, King bed, inspired by the autumnal colors of September and October, when the sun shines bright and the rice terraces turn gold. Enhancing the décor are fiery red and orange patterns sometimes used in Hmong clothing. A highlight is the spacious private balcony, which offers magnificent views

  • Olivio Restaurant: serve sophisticated European cuisine, a blend of Italian recipes with Mediterranean sensibilities. On cool evenings you can sit outside on the terrace surrounded by flowers and greenery.
  • SAMU Restaurant: serve Vietnamese cuisine but with a twist. Our recipes take advantage of what grows in the mountains and we borrow from traditional northwestern recipes. Here you’ll enjoy the breakfast buffet, too.
  • Café 1500: For casual bites and tea and coffee – or something a little stronger in the evenings – head to Café 1500, which has both indoor and outdoor spaces to relax in.
  • Then Tard: When the weather’s good there isn’t a better place to be than Then Yard, a skyward terrace with panoramic views of the mountains. Here you can also watch the sun dip beneath the mountaintops at sunset.
