1. Deposit & Final Payment:
To confirm your booking, a non-refundable land package deposit is required. The amount of the deposit may vary depending on the destination that you have selected. For all destinations, except Japan, Korea, and Taiwan the deposit amount is set at $250.00 per person. For Japan, Korea, and Taiwan the deposit amount is $500.00 per person.
For River Cruise packages, the deposit amount is set at $750.00 per person based on double cabin occupancy, and $1500.00 per person for single cabin occupancy.
Prices will not be confirmed until payment is received. If additional deposits are required, you will be notified at the time of booking. These additions may be for Holiday times, airfare, and other special occasions or supplier requirements.
Final payment will be due no later than 75 days prior to travel (any earlier deadlines will be advised at the time of deposit). If a deposit is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and keep the non-refundable deposit. Bookings made within 75 days of travel, will require payment in full to secure reservation. In the case of computer or human billing or invoice error, we reserve the right to amend and send the corrected invoice.
Payments may be made with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or agency check. The name on the card must match the name of the passengers traveling. Our acceptance of this credit card or payment indicates the passenger’s acceptance of all terms and conditions and their compliance.

2. Revision and Cancellation fees:
$50.00 per transaction will be assessed for any change or revision made to the reservation before 75 days. A change of departure date within 75 days of departure will be treated as a cancellation and cancellation charges will apply.
For individual bookings, the following per person cancellation fees apply.
More than 75 days prior to departure: a non-refundable deposit will be retained.
75 – 60 days prior to departure: 25% of the total price
59 – 45 days prior to departure: 50% of the total price
44 – 21 days prior to departure: 75% of the total price
Within 21 days prior to departure: 100% of the total price
Please note that for holidays or peak season bookings, the cancellation fees will depend on the suppliers or hotel policy. The details of the penalty policy will be indicated in the proposal or confirmation.
No refund or reduced fees will be made to passengers who deviate from the original itinerary regardless of the portions of the itinerary unused and/or failed to secure valid travel documents such as passports or visas.
Airline tickets once ticketed may be non-refundable. Any changes will incur the revision fee plus any airline-imposed penalty. This penalty may be up to 100% of the ticket and the new ticket will be issued at the current rate at the time of revision.
Price Guarantee:
Prices are subject to increase without notice. However, the land price is guaranteed once V’Explore Tours has received your deposit. Airfares are included as part of the booking price and become guaranteed when we receive the full air payment.
All prices are based on double occupancy. Single-room supplements and triple-room reductions are listed where applicable.
Passports and Visas:
You are responsible for obtaining and paying for all visas and entry documents before travel. All passengers traveling internationally are required to have a passport that must be valid for at least six (6) months beyond the conclusion of your trip. In addition to a valid passport, passengers are required to possess a valid visa where required. You will need to check with your consulate to verify all requirements.
Travel Documents:
We will send you your e-travel documents 21 days before your travel date via email in a convenient travel app. You can also download and view your itinerary on your mobile device for your convenience. Apart from your full itinerary and air tickets, the e-travel documents will include local emergency contacts, guide information, and helpful travel tips.
You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all documents, including names and dates. This information should be confirmed at the time of reservation. By confirming your payment, you indicate that all information is correct and agreed upon by all parties involved.
