Thailand is a land of endless fascination. Glittering temples, bustling local markets precariously attached to railroad tracks, breathtaking natural landscapes, diverse ethnic groups, and wildlife encounters providing insight into the training and care of elephants create a lasting sense of wonder.
Arrive in Bangkok and receive a warm welcome from your guide and private transfer to your hotel. The rest of the day is free at leisure.
Today, visit Wat Traimit, with its Golden Buddha Image. The Golden Buddha Temple is located right in the heart of Bangkok’s Chinatown and it features a 5.5ton solid gold Buddha image. Continue on to see Wat Po, Bangkok’s oldest and largest temple which was built nearly 200 years ago and houses the enormous Reclining Buddha. Have lunch at a local restaurant with a view of the Chao Phraya River. Then take a long-tail boat to enjoy scenes of life on the water. You will see a more traditional and serene way of living. A stop will be made at the “Temple of Dawn”, officially named Wat Arun. Next, your guide will take you to the glittering and iconic Grand Palace. The Grand Palace is situated close to the Chao Phraya, Bangkok’s River of Kings. The palace occupies nearly one square mile. Built in 1782 by King Rama I, it was the center of power for more than 150 years. Take a walk around the vast grounds and visit the Emerald Buddha Image, the most revered Buddhist image in Thailand. Learn about its mysterious origins. Photography is permitted in the Royal Palace Grounds and in the compounds of the Emerald Buddha Temple, but not inside the buildings.

Today is free on your own activities.
At 4:30pm, meet your guide at hotel lobby and explore the beauty of Bangkok at night by the iconic tuk-tuk and enjoy a fun evening activity when the temperatures are cooler, traffic is lighter, and there are few crowds. Stop and walk around a selection of local sights including temples (Wat Pho) and the Pak Khlong Talat flower market. Sample local food as your guide stops for snacks, a main course and dessert. Dinner is served at a Michelin guide restaurant, Elvis Suki that has been making the same recipe of sukyaki beef for 30 years. The suki can be ordered with or without soup, but the dry perfectly cooked sukiyaki beef with Elvis’ secret eggy sauce and smoky aroma from the coal stove is the best. Today we explore Chiang Mai and visit the area of Thailand’s famous handicrafts at Sankampaeng Road Village. You can discuss specific handicrafts of your interest such as silk, teak wood, silver, umbrella and sa paper making etc., with your guide. Then visit the oldest market in Chiang Mai city. See the northern people sell and buy different varieties of local food. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant. After lunch, drive up to the mountain to visit one of the most important temples, Wat Phra That Doi Suthep, situated 3,000 ft above sea level. The most famous temple in Chiang Mai is located at the top of Doi Suthep Mountain. Once you have reached the temple, you can enjoy the best views of Chiang Mai city from 3,000 ft above the ground. Learn about the history of this temple and how it came to be constructed so high up the mountain.

In the morning, you will be picked up from the hotel to visit the Baanchang Elephant Park. Here you will share your love and care for the elephants that have been rescued from being overworked. They will receive the rest and joy that they deserve. Visitors will have a magical experience with the elephants by giving them a daily health check, feeding them, taking them for walks and exercise through the jungle (no riding). Observe elephants resting in their natural environment. Bathe and scrub the elephants. Lunch, tea & coffee break will be served in the park. Come and enjoy this experience with healthy and happy elephants. Transfer back to the hotel late in the afternoon.

Starting at Phuket’s most famous viewpoint, take in breathtaking views of Kata, Kata Noi, and Karon beaches.Continue to Promthep Cape, a spectacular natural landmark known for amazing sunsets. Your guide will escort you on a walk through charming Phuket Old Town where you will see Sino Portuguese houses and buildings built over a century ago. Experience Baba Phuket traditional community life. Dinner will be served at Tung Kah Café on the hill top in Phuket town.

Spend a day on a private trip exploring Phang Nga Bay. Drive to the local fishing village of Klong Kian where your longtail boat is waiting. Cruise the emerald-green waters of the bay, passing dramatic limestone karsts and astounding uninhabited islands. Enjoy sea canoeing at Hong island, a distinctive rocky island and a popular place for spectacular photos. Cruise through a pristine mangrove forest and experience other astonishing stops along the way.
In the afternoon,explore secluded beaches and swim in the pristine picturesque environment (Lawa Island). Enjoy a sumptuous picnic lunch in a picturesque location while the fresh air and tropical breeze create an ambience of paradise. Return to Phang Nga and drive to the Samed Nang Chee Viewpoint for an amazing panorama. Arrive at the hotel just before the sunset.
