TTC  Ngoc Lan Hotel had undergone 2 transformations. Originally a cinema before being transformed in 1981 into the Ngoc Lan Hotel, catering to visitors from all over Vietnam and worldwide. Then in 2007 was once again demolished and underwent its next transformation – TTC Ngoc Lan. Located just a stone throw from Dalat market with most rooms overlooking a panoramic view, the famous Xuan Huong Lake.
